My Friend Lucia dropped me a great tip on this singer Origa. She has a lovely voice and very cool music. She is originally from Russia and is actually called Olga, but the Japanese can't pronounce that so they say Origa which is now her stage name.
She sings a lot of tracks for Anime and games which you can kind of tell from the style. Very uplifting with a heavy epic fantasy feel.
