Been playing arround with red5 server again. This generally means im also working with Flash again but its been a while so its giving me a headache. AS3 is at least a bit more logical to understand 
I'm currently working on a video upload/convert/stream and metadata read and pass to javascript for forther fun application and a webcam-chat application that will allow you to video chat with another person. The webcam apli can be seen here (note that this is still a work in progess):
