Another year come and gone…
Some big achievements:
Totally revamped my company BE inspired. We now have a completely renewed work method which is much more efficiant. We have spent a lot of time thinking about where we want to grow to and the type of clients that are ideal for us and spent a lot of time getting these clients which we have also succeded in. The internal communication has also been revised and now we have weekly meetings to go over everything and much stricter rules for planning and quality control. All in all a very succesfull year for changes.
I personally have spent a lot of time upgrading my web programming skills to Leet+ All my websites, adminsystems and other web based software are now fully strict html W3C validated. I will not settle for less!! 
Finished redocorating our house, all rooms are now done, i have turned the 2 rooms on the top floor into guestrooms and the 1st floor guestroom has become more of a washing/storage room. Its all looking great.
Replaced my computer at work, it was just too noisy and getting old. Fare thee well old friend but thou time has cometh 
*plays sad trumpet music* tuuduuu tuuduuduuuu tuuuu doooooooooh *
Made a new Frankencomputer with a mix of a new system and some of the best parts from my old pc (grfx card, sound card, etc) Its pretty nifty now. Still needs some tweaking tho. I actually got an ATI and an NVIDIA card to run side by side so now have 4 monitor options, although i didnt over do it and am only using 3. (Got wow to work full wide screen over all 3 screens, crazy man! 
)

So! the new year :D plans for this year:
Over-work at BEinspired. 6 days a week 16 hours a day!! Producing many HIGH quality products and finally reaching that desired turn-over figure we have been reaching for but not quite getting these last 2 years
Continuing the changes to BEinspired that we started last year, upgrading quality and efficiancy and all round possibilties we can provide our clients. (Marketing, ecommerce, project management, full service, etc!)
Stop biting nails!! yeayea… said that before ~_~
