I made this delicious steak yesterday
first covered it in egg, added lots of pepper, salt, rosemary and cumin, fried it in olive oil till brown all around, then added butter and fried for a bit in that (For the taste). when done lifted the steak out, added raspberry vinegar to the remaining butter in the pan, added more cumin and pepper and a little soy sauce. let this bubble away for a bit and had it as a sauce. to go with it i had chunky potato mash (with nutmeg, butter and milk) and a mix of corn and peas cooked with butter and rasped cheese (Leicester red).
